FAQ

Frequently asked questions about private patient advocates and the services we provide.

Answers to some of the most common questions we have been asked about private patient advocates and the services we provide.

As a private patient advocate, we work for our clients, not the hospital. As such, we have our client’s best interest in mind. While some hospital employed advocates may provide some useful information, at then end of the day they work for the hospital and that is where their paycheck comes from. We work for our clients.

Our work is specific to each client. Our pricing reflects this. The cost or fees for our services are client specific depending on the scope work we are contracted to perform.

Health insurance does not currently provide coverage for private patient advocates. We work for our clients, not the insurance companies.
