As a private patient advocate, we work for our clients, not the hospital. As such, we have our client’s best interest in mind. While some hospital employed advocates may provide some useful information, at then end of the day they work for the hospital and that is where their paycheck comes from. We work for our clients.

Our work is specific to each client. Our pricing reflects this and is also client specific depending on the work we are contracted to perform.

Health insurance does not currently provide coverage for private patient advocates. We work for our clients, not the insurance companies.
